Irene Mwangi knows poverty because she grew up in a Nairobi ghetto called Eastlands. Now, as the Chief Executive Officer of all B4T (Business for Transformation) Kenya companies, she helps women in poverty prostitution find their way to a life of dignity.

Business for Transformation (B4T) empowers people to find their way out of poverty. As part of Allianz-Mission it combines fair work with Christian values.
